Reboilers
Critical heat transfer equipment that supplies controlled vaporization heat to the bottom of distillation columns — generating vapor for effective mass transfer in continuous duty.
A Reboiler is a critical heat transfer equipment used in distillation and separation processes to provide the required heat input for vaporization of liquid streams. It supplies controlled heat to the bottom section of a distillation column, generating vapor that rises through the column to enable effective mass transfer and separation. The reboiler operates by circulating the process liquid through a heat exchanger, where it is heated using steam, hot oil, or other heating media. The generated vapor is returned to the column while the remaining liquid is either recirculated or withdrawn as bottom product. Reboilers are designed for high thermal efficiency, stable operation, and continuous duty, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Typical Applications
Other Equipment in This Category
Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
The most widely used industrial heat exchanger — efficient inter-fluid heat transfer through a solid wall, across chemical plants, refineries, power plants, and HVAC systems.
Spiral Heat Exchanger
Compact, highly efficient heat exchanger ideal for viscous fluids, slurries, and fouling services with self-cleaning channels.
Air-Cooled Condenser (ACC)
Condenses vapors or cools process fluids using ambient air — eliminating cooling water requirements with finned tube bundles and axial fans. Ideal for water-scarce locations.
